My work centres on the complex relationship between trauma, vitality, and relational healing. I support people in reconnecting with their bodies, relationships, and sense of self through a trauma-informed, intersectional feminist, anti-oppressive, and sex-positive lens.

Therapy offers a safe and supportive space to explore and process your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Together, we work to understand the patterns shaping your life, address challenges, and cultivate healthier ways of coping. Sessions are always tailored to your unique needs and goals—whether that means reducing stress, improving relationships, or managing mental health symptoms. My role is to provide guidance, tools, and compassionate support as you make meaningful changes at your own pace.

Approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychedelic Integration, mindfulness, and somatic practices can help you navigate the deeper layers of healing. Together, we create a personalized path that supports you in processing what’s been stored in your body—gently, intentionally, and at a pace that feels safe for you.

Couples therapy offers an opportunity to learn how to move through negative communication cycles, deepen emotional and physical connection, and explore new possibilities together.
In our work, we can gently explore the issues that affect your sexual and relational wellbeing — including sexual trauma, infidelity, conflict, attachment challenges, and sexual dysfunction. Whether you’re navigating familial dynamics, intimacy struggles, or a sense of emotional distance, therapy can help you build a more resilient foundation.

I support couples in reconnecting with embodied pleasure, mutual understanding, and meaningful connection. I especially enjoy working with couples who are motivated, curious, and ready to take responsibility for their part in the dynamic.

My name is Priya Gill and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Certified EMDR Therapist (EMDRIA). I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, having studied sex work in Canada and also a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology. In addition to this education, I have completed specialized training in trauma therapy, an area of focus I am incredibly passionate about. Some of these training include Internal family Systems/parts work (IFS), psychedelic assisted therapies (MDMA and Psilocybin), and emotion focused therapies (EFT).

As a therapist, I celebrate the complexity and different ways in which our individual and relational experiences shape us. I support individuals heal from trauma, navigate relationship struggles, identity exploration, and the impacts of systemic marginalization. Whether you are queer, poly, kinky, or are exploring identity, ancestral or cultural wounds, or are living with patterns shaped by early attachment or trauma, our work together will be grounded in safety, compassion, and deep respect for who you are.

I identify as a anti oppressive focused, sex-postive, kink and queer friendly therapist. I aim to provide a comfortable, affirming, warm space for people as they navigate diverse issues and challenging experiences they have had.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is reserved just for you, and late cancellations or missed visits leave gaps that could have been filled by another client in need. I require 78 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 72 hours notice or missed entirely will be charged the full session fee. To help keep you on track, we’ll send an email and text message reminders before your appointment so you have time to make any changes before the 72-hour window.
